it's perfect for small families. They have everything you need in the room, nothing more. iIf you want a bar at the lobby this is not the place for you, but if you want a great place to stay, like a small apartment, clean, friendly, greatly located this is your place

The hotel pictures did not represent the room. The suite was one big room, so divided like the pictures. The show and sink water temperature was very hard to regulate. My kids burned their hands a couple of time. The shower temperate was impossible to make cold. The hotel sink in the kitchen smelled horrible.

We stayed in the high floor bedroom suite. Amazing view of city lots of natural lights. Rooftop & gym. Included warm breakfast with real silverware and lots of hot coffee and tea. The front desk, staff and housekeeping was amazing. The lobby felt really tiny but then I realized it had a condo house feel verses grand hotel. I didn’t feel nickel and dime at this hotel like I did at the bigger grand hotel. Anything I needed I call front desk and they brought it to room in ten minutes. The blankets were thin for New York January. But they brought us extra blankets right away. The space felt very comfortable for our family. I really loved this hotel and can’t wait to stay again.

Loved the views from the room and roof top, No onsite bar which would have been perfect for us as a family. Drawers of dresser in room would not stay shut which was a bit anoying.
