I never leave reviews but felt I needed to. I reached out to management multiple times. Horrible experience and bad communication with staff about parking and no communication back from management about our experience. No one cared. We got in late at night and had to drive to a parking garage and walk 20 min back around midnight with luggage and child. Next day was charged $91 for parking and car was there for not even 24hrs. Hotel wanted us to walk back and forth in 100’ degree weather with luggage to get a discount stamp. No one told us about a stamp when we checked in. We booked this hotel specifically because it said they had parking. So be aware they do not.

Super accommodating! Extra friendly staff. Room was very clean, comfy and quiet. Will definitely book again next trip to NYC! Have already recommended to family!

This would be a good place to stay for solo business travelers or families who just need a place to sleep near Grand Central Station etc but don’t need anything super fancy. Clean, comfortable and spacious for nyc with lots of cubby holes and shelves but a little dated. It’s actually the Club Quarters so it’s kind of a catfish but I wasn’t mad because it was cheap. Front desk was helpful and friendly. I liked the nespresso machine in the room and the water machine.
