This hotel is always nice and it’s convenient to where my daughter and her family live. I wish they supplied a shower cap and some body lotion. I miss the amenities!

The hotel looks nice and staff is amazing. My toilet was dirty, balcony doesn’t lock(I have a 9 year old with me), the sofa and chair are not that clean, and it took about 15-20 minutes to get checked in but they let my child pick out snack free of charge for the wait which was super nice of them.

We spent the week of Christmas here. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and we could get to the subway easily. The rooms are a little small for a family of 4, but we were out all day and we were only there at the nights for a place to sleep, so it worked.

Willie who helped us check in made our experience 10x better. My family had a long and rough day and he knew how to out a smile on our face. His respect and professionalism was exceptional!!

This hotel is well priced (for NYC) and very close to my family. Great transit options nearby. Otherwise the location is kind of out of the way. If I didn’t have family nearby, I’d go elsewhere. That said, the hotel is also quite nice—nothing fancy—and the room was fairly large for NYC. Doesn’t have updated plugins for USB in room and doesn’t have any food service onsite, but any of the delivery services will bring you anything you want at pretty much any time.

The hotel is relatively new and it's already showing it's age. Loose door handles and hinges in our 1BR suite. The pull out sofa was designed for two small children or one adult, definitely not 2 adults. The room was clean. The shower held 3 large pump bottles(shampoo, conditioner, body wash) The body wash was completely empty. It's a little inconvenient to call the desk for a replacement when you learn of this. I personally prefer the small "one time" use bottles of those types of care items. Hotel needs some competition in the UES as there are few hotel choices available. It's pricey here to get convenient access to the area.
