Arlo Midtown

Stayed here with 2 kids. It was conveniently located. Staff was kind and helpful always. The bathroom was clean and fully stoked with toiletries. The room was small and decently clean. The small store and bar are convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun family stay in Midtown

Rooms were very small and not very clean (not even enough room to open a suitcase unless it was on top of a bed). Didn't receive any VIP Access Hotel perks / recognition. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location is good if you're looking for something central, but the area in general is rampant with homeless people and open drug use - Probably not the best for a family with young children.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at the Arlo Midtown. The hotel was clean and contemporary and the decor modern. Beds were very comfortable and despite the rooms being on the small size, there was a lot of hidden storage. We had a few issues with our room - the fridge didn't work, and the shower leaked terribly - we reported the latter but it wasn't fixed during our stay. Our rooms were on the street side of the hotel and it got very noisy at night in particular, plus the music in the lobby was pretty high volume when it was switched on at around 6.30am every day! The rooftop bar is cool - great views of the sunset over Manhattan! - we didn't eat at the hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location was great for Times Square and general getting about the city.

We had a great stay at Arlo, everything was perfect. The staff were great and the room was clean and comfortable. We cannot wait to stay here again and recommend Arlo to our friends and family!

My family and I had an excellent stay at the Arlo hotel. It’s hip and modern. The staff is friendly and professional. Great location in midtown. Will definitely stay there again!

Very chic hotel with amazing staff. The location is superb. Very environmentally conscious. The products in the bathroom were organic and natural! Loved that! I highly recommend for a quick trip. The rooms are not very big so if you are bringing kids alone it might get crowded.

Fantastic! Very well located. Rooms are a decent size for NYC. Staff super helpful at front desk not so much the reservations people on the phone. Only issues: 1. I called to have an early check in because we have a baby and needed to get him in to nap, the reservations lady said there’s a fee but it’s doable and to show up at 9 am. Got there and there front desk said that’s impossible, they clean the rooms at 9 am and we ended up wondering the streets of NYC till 1 pm. 2. The black out blind in our bedroom was falling apart.

We had a room with a balcony, which was perfect for socializing with family and friends. The rooftop bar was great, too. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The room was clean and quiet.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms were compact but the space is well used with all the facilities you needed and they were very clean. The rooftop terrace was a great place to enjoy food and drink with a great view. Some building work going on next door at the moment but didn’t bother us. Overall very pleased with our choice of hotel, for our family.
