Stay was ok, the pool was closed and on hotels.com they never said that! My kids really wanted to go swimming and it was a disappointment overall!

Had a great overnight stay for our family. The pool was very clean and warm. The room equally clean. Breakfast was great with a good variety. The gentleman working the desk, Jose, was excellent. The desk was steadily busy from when we checked in throughout the time we were in the pool. He was extremely polite, friendly and attentive to everyone and all their needs! If we are ever in the area again we'll definitely stay here again.

It was a quick check in room was clean. Then i was unable to get ice on 3rd floor then elevator was not working had to go to 1st floor just for ice then elevator was not working to back up so was very upset breakfast was not as good as i thought it would be. Never got to use pool or hot tub was over crowed with kids and adults all night.

I really enjoyed the hot tub but you couldn't get it to bubble up. I didn't like that it was very noisy with kids yelling in the pool area and then people yelling in the hallway. when check out was at 11 and I got a housekeeping knocking on my door at 9am in the morning and came in just as i was getting up out of bed and I had to yell at her not ready. This was unacceptable.

Hotel has been recently been renovated so the room was nice. We were disappointed in the choice of egg dishes served. My grandchildren love scrambled eggs and both choices weren’t something children would care for

We stayed with our two children while traveling through and it was a perfect choice. Very clean, comfortable, had a great experience with staff, pool/hot tub area was nice (good furniture and had glass doors that slid open to the outside for a nice temperature) and nice, hot breakfast. Good price for the area….we are very glad we picked this hotel
