Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

We enjoyed very much our stay here, the outdoor pool was the best for my kids:) everything was with a very short distance from food to shopping . Close to the outlets. We love it.

One of the few hotels with affordable large space for a family of four. Had 2 bedrooms, a dining area, a kitchen: just like a house. One recommendation: need more weight machines in the gym.

Location was perfect for our family event. The lighting in the room was poor, especially in the bathroom and shower areas. Otherwise, the room was extremely adequate for cooking and comfort. Very nice and courteous staff.

The comfort was amazing felt like a home away from home 10 out of 10. I’ll be recommending to friends and family.

We stayed here with our kids and dog to visit family nearby and it was great!

We had a good visit staying at the Best Western Fishkill. We went with it based on price and reviews, and that it could accommodate our larger family in the room that sleeps 6. I was pleasantly surprised our room was on two floors with stairs inside so our beds and bathrooms had a little separation so we did not wake each other. The beds were comfortable. With a big family, the kitchen area with the sink and fridge is wonderful to have. All the staff was friendly, and the facilities were clean. We will gladly stay again.

The property shows some signs of wear and tear. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was quite good for this type of hotel, and the pool area was small but well-kept. The loft style room was great for a family with kids.

The layout of the suite was ideal for our family and it was nice of them to upgrade us to the suite. The suite had a bed room and a loft both with King beds. The beds were quite comfortable. The living room was a nice size. The sofa and chairs in the living room were less than comfortable. The kitchenette was good size and clean. The shower did not drain very well and the bathroom fixtures were old and pitted (though functional).

When we arrived we were able to check in early around 130pm. The room was very nice & the property appeared kept up. However, around 530pm as I was walking out of the bathroom area there was a woman (I'd say in her 40's) that had entered our room. She was wearing a pink shirt, had brown hair pulled into a ponytail. She hurried left the room (my boyfriends daughter was sitting at the table & witnessed this) I went outside after the lady but she was already outside down the long walkway. At this point my boyfriend & I just assumed it was maybe a housekeeper & she didn't know we were already checked in so we kind of let that go as it can happen (I've been a General Manager for a couple hotel chains) but then on Sat 2/18 we left at 4pm for a childs bday party, put on the do not distrub sign & when we arrived back to the room our stuff had been gone through & moved around. We did then the next morning report it to the Front Desk staff. They did take our info down & responded back via text - saying they looked into it but no other key card was used to get into the room during our whole stay yet I have witnesses on the 1st incident that someone did enter our room. We are missing a pair of boots as well. I do appreciate the follow through & the message however with witnesses seeing the person in our room it is a little unnerving on who or how they got into our room or if an employee is covering for staff/another employee...will think twice about staying here again just due to this.

The property is nice however having to park far from room and not having heated room with infant was disappointing and makes me second guess returning as evert time is something...i stayed a couple weeks ago for the first time and dish washer was full of dirty dishes and made room smell like mildew.
