Holiday Inn Express Olean, an IHG Hotel

Staff was friendly, place was clean. My family had a nice stay.

Great staff, friendly helpful service. We locked ourselves out of our room and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. The lady who kept up with the breakfast area did a fantastic job. There were many great food choices. Plenty of room for our large group to gather inside and out by the fire pit. My grandson enjoyed the pool. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing I can offer for improvement is maybe clean the room carpets. We probably wouldn’t have know how dirty they were if we didn’t have a baby crawling around, her knees and hands were pretty gross. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location and would definitely stay here again.
