The place only had a few parking spots, so we had to walk to a whole different parking lot in the freezing cold in the wind and it was very unpleasant. The whole night you could hear people “having a good time” and moving furniture around. In the morning we could hear eveything the walls must be super thin. Kids running around, crying, screaming. People talking way too loud and not acknowledging their kids causing a ruckus. All this was right next to the check in counter and the employees didn’t do anything about it. The interior of the hotel room is very nice and the bed is very comfortable.

We have been coming to Spring Lake for our annual romantic weekend without the kids for years but this was definitely the best experience we have had by far. The room was beautiful, clean and was the perfect home base to return to after long walks around the lake or on the boardwalk...especially with the cold weather we had. The staff at the front desk were helpful and engaged but didn't hover. I would highly recommend the Chateau Inn & Suites to anyone looking for a special getaway in a lovely town.

Very inviting. Landscaping was lovely, grounds were nice. Staff was VERY attentive & pleasant! We enjoyed our room, especially the King size bed ( very comfortable ) & were pleased with what they offered us i.e. Bicycles, beach chairs and towels and even beach badges. Refreshments were always available. And the location of the Chateau was great. Across from the Park & close to town & beach. We would definetly come again & also recommend to a friend or family member.
