The hotel was very clean and modern and in a safe neighborhood. Very close to the beach and boardwalk and within walking distance of town. The kids loved the pool! Our room wasn’t ready by 4:00 was my only complaint and the line for a cup of expensive coffee was very long in the morning with limited staff at the snack bar/restaurant. They should have complimentary coffee available at the price point of the hotel. Overall a great experience. Rooftop bar looked fun and would love to come back to visit that some day along with Stone Pony which was within walking distance also!

This was a fun hotel to experience, but there were consistently other guests outside of the front door smoking pot while we were there. This was not conducive to a family atmosphere that we wanted to have.

It’s a family and dog friendly hotel. Too many barking dogs not my thing. Paper tin walls, not much privacy. Very over priced for the accommodations.

I was with 5 years old and we had good time until dog was allowed to be in the pool. I reported this to the staff but nothing was done about this. We had coffee spots all over the floor from previous guest when we c/in. Hsk never mopped the floor. Only lady in the cafeteria was super nice. Food option in the pool area was horrible/ not everyone likes to eat tacos all day/ This is not hotel for people with kids but definitely with dogs. I don’t recommend and we will not come back there.

We took a quick trip on a Sunday night, couples time away. Unfortunately, the adjoining room was booked to a family with a few very loud children with lots of screaming and door banging. I asked for a possible room change and was told the hotel was quite busy. We stayed in the room and were woken up the next day at 7 AM, screaming and door banging, it seems to me this could’ve been easily avoided, in the room a location process. Even if the room was on the other side and not adjoining the level of noise would have been significantly diminished .

Second stay at this hotel. Great for both toddlers, dogs and adults with daily and evening activities. However, very small rooms with little to none storage space for clothes etc. You'd think a beach/pool hotel would have a few places to dry your wet suits at the end of the day. On the pricer side, but seems to be on par with the area. You can hear the concerts nearby at night so something to think about if that bothers you.

The property was super unique with the rooftop bar and movie night. I loved the live music that was going on in the lobby and around the hotel itself. The pool had a maintenance issue, so our family wasn’t able to enjoy that. The room was very small and the beds were pretty uncomfortable (at least for me) But if your looking for a unique hotel experience in the Asbury park area I’d definitely recommend.

Excellent staff and facilities We had an issue with the size of the rooms as we were traveling with an infant (no room for a crib) but the staff did everything in their power to resolve this issue for us!
