The staff were wonderful, the hotel was warm and inviting. Beds were so comfy! Rooms very clean and spacious. The only downside to our stay was having no soap/shampoo in the bottles in the shower the first night & the hot tub not being turned on, looking a little dingy. The second night everything was cleaned and refilled, hot tub working, and everything was a plus, especially being able to have a strong drink from the bistro and unwinding in the hot tub while the kids exhausted themselves in the pool. Could use an interior update but overall, we loved our stay! Would stay again and would recommend 8.5/10 !

It was a very comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. I particularly enjoyed the back garden where our large family gathered and dined on Chinese food brought in locally. I would return to this hotel again for certain!

Pool and hot tub were nice amenities for a traveling family. Breakfast options were pretty pricey. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall I was impressed with the hotel, our room was clean and the beds comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos. Also while we were trying to enjoy the pool and hot tub there were way too many unsupervised children there who were running and pushing eachother around. There should be someone there to prevent this. It was an accident waiting to happen.
