Hampton Inn by Hilton Concord/Bow

We were in town for a funeral and this hotel was a great quiet place to go back to every day. Close to everything, good breakfast, comfortable beds, big bathroom, it was delightful. I have family in Concord and I'll be back.

This hotel location is beautiful. The hotel is clean and the staff very helpful. We stayed at this hotel for five days and were very comfortable. The daily breakfasts were excellent and well stocked. We give a special shoutout to Thomas. Thomas works the front desk and communicated with us daily and saw to our every need. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The shower was nice but narrow. There was a personalized welcome on the tv. We were without heat, water and lights for 3 days and wanted to take showers and get a warm nights sleep. I was greeted by an unpleasant girl after I stood waiting for about 5 minutes that told me absolutely no early checkins! I explained our situation and she said sorry I'm doing the work of 4 people absolutely no early checkins! The highway noise was the least of the problems. It sounded like kids running back and forth all hours of the night and a 400 lb. Elephant stomping around! So much for sleep! My son was greeted by the cops about 5:30am when he went out to smoke and they said someone report some guy out back stealing stuff! Would I stay here again or recommend this place?? Absolutely not!

Great rooms the bed was super comfortable. Pool was good for kids ony 5 feet deep, only negative is the barn door instead of a real bathroom door. Hard with multiple people in the room to be quiet with no fan either.

I stayed here with my two kids for a sports tournament. The hotel was easy to find, staff was helpful and efficient. Cleanliness was exceptional. There are microwaves in every room, as well as mini fridges which is a pro. The pool was closed due to COVID. There are restaurants close by, as well as a mall. Breakfast was grab and go, also because of COVID. Options were cereal, milk, juice, fruit, yogurt, nutrigrain bars, packaged muffins. I do suggest bringing quarters for the laundry ($2 to wash and $2 to dry) just incase you need to do that (I wasn't planning to but kids will be kids). The front desk had run out of them when I needed to change some money...but luckily I had a stash on the floor of the car :-)

Was in town for a baseball tournament. The staff was very helpful from start to finish. Changed my room to be closer to another family who last minute booked. Helped us with the laundry services. Gave me a late checkout. I also liked the steps to let us know the cleanliness due to covid. The stickers on the door, the sleeve on the remote and all the paper products provided. Even liked the grab and go options for breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in area.
