My family and I stayed here for 1-night enroute to a vacation in northern New Hampshire. We were quite pleased with this hotel, clean, reasonably priced, and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice, better than typically found in an American chain hotel. My family and I agreed that we would happily stay here, again, if we needed a 1- or 2-night stay in the area.

Had a room on the ground floor against the pool. Room stank of chlorine, with a subtle hint of sewer gas. With no window to the outside it was dungeon-like and when the kids were in the pool they may as well have been inside my room, as there was virtually no sound insulation. One of the least pleasant rooms I've ever stayed in. Left after one night despite being booked for 2.

This property was clean and had great amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The other guests could sometimes be heard running through the halls (there was some kids sport tournament nearby I guess) but it wasn’t too disruptive, they seemed to stick to the quiet hours overall.

The hotel was great and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately we had a family that had way too many kids in a room and they were screaming and running up and down the halls banging on walls and doors starting before 6am. We called down to the front desk and they apologized and said they would check on it. It never stopped so we ended up checking out early as it was so obnoxious!

The hotel has great and clean, the stuff is terrible 😢 old man in front desk is very Rude with my kids an hang off the phone on my face because I asked for housekeeping. Breakfast is ok and beds is comfortable. But I NEVER stay again because the old man with my kids and other kids !

2nd stay here. Very clean staff were so helpful and you could tell long term employees. Game room and pool were big hits with the family. This is a hidden gem - close to several mountains for skiing. Room was spacious for 3 people (1 adult & 2 kids). Will be back again later this ski season.

The hotel was clean, and well located. Breakfast buffet was decent. Bed/pillows comfortable. That is the most positive aspects of our stay. Internet was horrible, almost non-existent most times. Pool was so cold that our grandchildren couldn’t get in…that was after looking for the lights (found switch outside the pool area in a hallway. It was not automatically turned on at 10:00, which is the time pool opens. Pool towels like sandpaper, bath towels a little better. Not allowed a senior discount at check in as booked on-line. And overall a bit too pricey!!! We, and the family that accompanied us utilizing 4 rooms, won’t be staying there again, and will likely skip Best Western accommodations in the future.

They had large groups there. Good for their business, yes. But sucks for everyone else. Going to the pool or sauna or fitness room or lounge? Yep, not happening bc it was completely taken over by dozens of kids.

Good hotel at a good price! If you are looking to explore the the surrounding area, I recommend this location. Room: The room was clean and decent size. The bed was comfortable. The room were surprisingly quiet. We had a group of bikers in the rooms next to us and didn't hear a thing! Although, It may have been different if it was screaming kids... Amenities: First, there is a decent breakfast and coffee selection. Second, a nice lounge room in the hotel. Third, a decent gym and pool.
