We booked on Hotels.com. We needed to change our dates as we were visiting for a tournament that had one day canceled. Hotels.com and I both attempted to contact the hotel for 3 days with no luck. We arrived to the hotel and needed to speak with the manager about canceling one day. He was on a phone call while I stood waiting for 45 minutes. I had to leave to go to the tournament at the school and was told the manager would call me .. hours went by and no phone call. Thankfully I was refunded for a night after a nice brown haired woman (I wish I remembered her name ! ) was so helpful and explained the process. I would stay here again but the management definitely needs to work on their communication skills as it caused much unneeded stress for my wife and I . The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We booked the family suite which had 3 queen beds. The breakfast was really good with many options .

We always stay here when we travel between Arizona and Oregon. It’s our halfway point. This hotel is clean and comfortable and more than accommodating for our large family.

We checked in tired at 9pm. Our room reeked of marijuana, so bad and overpowering, and appeared as if an employee or somebody was in there within five minutes of us checking in smoking out. The smell lingered all night making our kids feel sick. We reported it to the front desk they didn’t care.

There were 2 large bugs in the bathtub corner when we entered. Later we found large ants on the carpet. The good news is the front desk moved our room, but we lost our kid bed.

Great place to rest and break up the drive from Vegas to Tahoe. We had adjoining rooms that were so clean and cared for. The space was amazing for our family of 6 and 2 sheepdogs. The pool was refreshing and the pool area was tidy and super clean. Breakfast was AMAZEBALLS!!! All of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful.

It was the most expensive place in the town but it was comfortable and the breakfast was really good! The pool wasn’t open so our kids were sad.
