Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel

Worst hotel I ever stayed in got woken up by a prank phone call hung that up and the front desk person pounded on my door accusing me of being the prank caller cuz he heard me talking Would have left right then but my kids were sleeping in another room Also upon check in took almost 30 min cuz they couldn’t find our reservation and I had to wait for them to call Hotels.com even though I gave them all the info necessary and showed them the reservation on my phone

Breakfast was convenient. Any other meal nowhere else within short walkin distance. Not an issue this trip had a car and were visiting family

Anthony went above and beyond in helping me with my stay at this property. I booked late at night after a family emergency brought me to the area unexpectedly. Unfortunately Orbitz was of no help in resolving the issue as I stood at check in for nearly an hour after being at the hospital until 2am checking on a family member. I was highly disappointed in Orbitz and their service. Anthony took care of me personally after Orbitz failed miserably. If you have the opportunity to meet with Anthony, he’s top notch and will take care of things! Thanks Anthony. You made an extremely sad trip out to say goodbye to my uncle more bearable.

The check in staff was very efficient and friendly. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Breakfast has enough choices, and good quality. The room was not soundproof enough, we can hear people talking, walking pass our door. The location of the hotel could be better, the surrounding was quite dark and scary. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

My family loved the breakfast. The beds were a little too firm but it was quiet and I slept very well. Desk services was very quick to re respond to requests.

The area and enviroment around the hotel was absolutely awful! Scetchy area and i did not feel safe at all. The view was over storage units. Awful! Woke up several times during the night due to noise coming from all around. The beds were okay. The rooms could use a serious renovating. The breakfast was not good at all, sterile and not friendly enviroment and screaming children. Overall, would not recommend!

Older hotel with same name as the other Best Western Plus Henderson Hotel. Confusing and frustrating that we booked the further hotel from our family.

Nice place. Staff all very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t located in a “fun” location. But that was ok for us, as we were visiting family that was close. Breakfast was always good.

My kids and i loved the free breakfast. They had better options for breakfast than some other places. Service was good. Room was comfortable.
