Awesome pool for the kids water is a little on the cold side

This is our second time at this hotel. Love it for the closeness to Yellowstone. So fun with the big pool slide - my kids can slide all day. And a fabulous breakfast. Highly recommend.

Hotel was clean and very comfortable. In door pool for kids is a nice feature. Hotel had one of the best hot breakfasts that I have seen in over the last two years of travel. The location was excellent for Yellowstone Park. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance which was great

They put us in a room that was a wall away from the indoor swimming pool and directly above 2 hot tubs. If you have ever been in an indoor pool then you know how everything echoes and every scream is amplified. We just wanted to relax in our room, read a little, take a nap. Absolutely not possible!!! Screaming kids from the moment we got in the room around 2pm until well after 10pm. I complained to the front desk but they said they didnt have any other king rooms available. Would I be ok with a queen room. No, if I wanted a queen room, I would have reserved a queen room. I told them that if they couldn't get us in another king, I would like a refund and we would find another place to stay. The incredibly rude guy at the front desk said, you can stay where you are or we can move you into a queen room, but no refund. $300 bucks a night and we were booked for 2 nights. Eating $600 and finding anothe hotel didn't appeal to us at all, so we decided to try and deal with it. Well, what I hadn't realized was how hot the room was going to get because 2 hot tubs running non stop, directly below us turned our room into a sauna. Even the noisy A/C unit couldn't keep us cool. We were so exhausted the next morning that we decided we would have to eat the next nights $300, because we couldn't endure ankther night like that. It ruined the entire next day because we got almost zero sleep. That room should never be rented. They should use it for storage. Worst place ever!!!

Check in was so easy as their staff really knows their jobs. We were checked in so nice and easy! They gave us a local map that showed where to eat and basic info. Pool was nice, clean & convenient. Thru has 3 busses of young kids pull up and they are staying here. So far we've not heard much noise or traffic in the hallways. Overall it's really been a nice & restful stay.

We stayed at Days Inn 3 nights on our family vacation. The place was super friendly, very clean and served an awesome breakfast. They had 3 buses of folks and still did a super job with the breakfast bar, the folks that cook and maintain that should be commended for their performance!!! Desk help kept us updated on weather being there was a late winter storm warning in May. I would stay again and tell anyone else to.

Don't ever let them put you in room 221. Directly over the pool so screaming kids up till 10pm & woken at 6am to the nightshift porter using a jet to clean the Jet Tub in the pool area directly below us. Breakfast was adequate & overall service was good. We were there to visit Yellowstone Park so were out most of the day, plenty food options around the town, However late April the town has literally just begun to open up so not all premises were open. Lovely wee town overall though, Imagine in the height of the season it is very much alive. Just so disappointed in the room we were given, surely they must know just how bad the noise is being directly above the pool. We gave up after 2 nights making our excuses as we had covered the only open parts of the Park by then & couldn't face another night of noise. We did tell reception & were offered another room, but once you have fully unpacked everything it seemed more hassle than was worth to be given a smaller room. Would we return, probably, just don't give anyone room 221. what a stupid place to put a room where screaming kids & cleaning can be heard at all hours of the day. Yellowstone Park was amazing even with the limited access

Very good location near all the restaurants at the west gate. You have all you need in the hotel, and kids can enjoy the swimming pool. My parents love the breakfast, and I love it so convenient to drive into the Yellowstone! The staff are nice and very helpful! Highly recommended!

Stayed here for a week with family and kids. Ideal location for our daily trips to Yellowstone National Park. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and house keeping, good breakfast, and nice safe locality. The pool was clean. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Yellowstone Park, and i’s go back here again as well.

Their indoor pool with slide is a big winner for the kids
