Quality Inn

The staff was always amazing to work with. They always had a smile, were friendly and even went above and beyond. However, the facility did not have an elevator, our room was very far from the main enterance, pool and breakfast area and i am 7 months pregnant so the stairs were not easy with a toddler and our belongings. The room was nice and tidy for the most part. It could have used a deep clean of the corners and baseboards but overall fairly clean. We do wish with a check out time of 11, they would have kept the breakfast open until 10, but when we showed up at 9 and the employee was putting away breakfast, she grabbed a couple things for us she had put away already making sure we didnt feel like a bother to her.

The night staff when we check-in was cordial and pleasant and the overnight staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. (Thanks Jolene) The problem I had was with the am shift before check out. I have never been treated as a 5yr old in my life. But the woman treated me like crap because I asked her where the bagel slicer was( they do make child safe products for this) teling me in a snide consending tone " You do realize that children come here, use a plastic knife for goodness sake " then proceeded to watch our every move in the dining area. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again. Especially when the main reason was to be able to enjoy the pool and hot tub and both were broken, and I made the reservation the night before our stay, would be nice to be notified if they have a notice of down equipment before booking.
