We specifically booked this hotel because the info stated there was a 24 Hour Pool and Fitness Center. However, when we arrived, both had hours of 6-10. On our schedule, we would be getting in late and leaving early so now we had no access to either. The front desk said "sorry." The first room we had, the TV was broken(staying with kids on a 3 day road trip...). Moved to a new room, phone didn't work.

We had the two queen suite, plenty of space for our family! The pool was also a perfect temperature and very clean! Front desk staff was lovely when we needed anything and had great suggestions for a place to eat!

Well they said one of our rooms was cancelled however looks like they still charged me for it. Also lots of kids unsupervised at the pool. When told front desk they just said its "swim at own risk". to me that is not the correct response.

Great overnight stay with my family. Perfect location right off the highway, safe ( near the police station). My kids enjoyed the pool and the complementary breakfast was extensive and filling. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I booked a room here because it had an indoor pool for the grandkids. Turns out the pool has been closed for over a month, and it was not mentioned on the booking. Very disappointed!

The place was over all very pleasant The only problem was the noise from the other rooms with kids Maybe they should have a family section for those folks and let us grandparents have our peace and quiet

Could use a much bigger parking lot (not really an option based on surrounding properties) and didn't affect us in any way, would have been nice to know the pool and spa were not open prior to booking - saw one family pretty distraught over this.
