They messaged us the day prior to check in and offered us early check in at noon and we accepted. We then made plans with friends and family to meet at 3, since we would have time to check in and shower. We went to check in and our room wasn’t available…for 2.5 hours. This happened last time too. Totally ridiculous. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide

Fantastic stay to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday. we had two rooms “. My daughter and her baby got there early and they helped take everything upstairs for her. customer service is over and beyond the only small request I would have is a refrigerator in the room
