SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Billings

The staff are very friendly, unfortunately the walls are very thin and we were booked in a joined family room with the door closed. We could hear our neighbor's calls, bathroom noises, everything. We could tell he wasn't trying to be noisy, just that the door wasn't sealed. Front desk staff were unable to change our room without permission. It was too bad that they weren't able to do what was needed to help us. Food was decent.

This was a beautiful property with a very clean hotel . It was a bit loud the first night due to a kids ball tournament. Other than that it was perfect. Staff were awesome

Same old same old. noisy and rude guests let their kids run around and yell and slam doors. Hotels need to start enforcing some guest noise policies.

Check-in went well. Room was clean.Heat had to be set at 75 to keep the room semi-warm (our home is kept at 68). Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety. Negative: The pool area was dirty and disgusting. Gross thick film layered around the entire edge of pool and hot tub. Dirt covering bottom of both. Neither the pre-teen nor the teen would swim or soak. Adult couldn't handle the smell. Disappointed since the reason tthe hotel was picked is the pool and hot tub for family.

This was a decent hotel. Definitely older which is fine, very friendly and helpful staff and rooms were clean. As a person with allergies I love that they offered gluten free bread and cereal and they also had non dairy milk options. My biggest complaint is the pool area. There was a used bandaid laying out, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, they literally had mud on the floor and the flooring around the pool was slimy. The hot tub has mold growing all around the top and bubbled up so bad with the jets on you couldn’t even see water. The pool literally had a dirt line across the top. I wish I would have brought my phone with me so I could take pictures. My husband and I sat on the steps in the pool for a while so the kids could play and literally slid on them because of the slime. This hotel was so good except for the pool which was extremely disappointing considering that was the main reason for our get away was a hotel we could go relax in and swim

Room was dated, but clean and the woman at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. We were there for Thanksgiving and she suggested some good restaurants for us to eat at. One suggestion is that the shower should be fixed. When you pull up the knob for the water to go from tub to shower, half the water came out of the shower head and half the water continued to come out of the tub spout. A terrible waste of water. I was there with family and was told their shower was the same way.

Traveling with family over the holidays

The staff and the room were ok. However, the hot tub had a ton of buildup around the edge and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. my kids of course splashed me with the water and I ended up with conjunctivitis the next morning from it. Clearly this hot tub was not properly cleaned or maintained.

Family of 4 and the stay was nice. Quiet rooms and halls. Pool was great abs kids loved breakfast. Will book again.

The lobby looks nice and clean. The room was very outdated with saggy beds. Everything looked like it had been cleaned okay, but needs a refresh. Pool looked a little green, fitness room was good. Breakfast was okay - it seemed like the staff had a hard time keeping up with keeping it stocked. But there was good variety when it was stocked. We personally would not stay here as a family again, but for a quick stay it would be sufficient.
