It’s was ok. Clean and comfortable but thought it was overpriced. Staff were super friendly, helpful and responded quickly to concerns. Just annoyed that we even had to bother them for basic stuff like; no toilet paper in room when we arrived, bedroom air conditioner not working, asking them to change garbage that they did once in the four nights I was there and what’s up with no sponge for the washing dishes. Had to also ask for that. I was provided with four dishes and four bowls; am I supposed to run the dishwasher for four plates between breakfast lunch and dinner ( four people in my family) oh and only one packet of dishwashing soap for four days. One packet of coffee in my room for four days. Had to also ask for more of that. Just annoying to have to keep asking for stuff. But like I said staff were great( housekeeing, maintenance, reception and breakfast staff they all should get a raise) Kids enjoyed the pool. Probably wouldn’t pay that price to stay again.

The hotel tried to accommodate an early check-in for us since we had a sick family member, which was nice. But the hotel was, unfortunately, quite uncomfortable. The room's AC was broken & the pull-out sofa was extremely spring-y. There were not enough luggage carts so we had to hand carry our bags out & we had a LOT. Just a lot of hassle at this hotel overall.

Clean room, well designed spaces, great amenities, yummy breakfast! Super friendly staff. Stayed one night with large group of extended family as we we’re passing through Billings and it was perfect!

The ability to place our family of six in one suite. The breakfast was delicious; contained a variety of menu options: eggs, waffles, bacon, cereal, and biscuits, etc.

We are traveling with 2 small children, so coming to find a liquor and smoke shop in the parking lot adjacent to property was the first icky clue for being uncomfortable. I don't complain, and ive never canceled a reservation before, but entering the room was like seeing the aftermath of a cheap porno (no joke!). Everything "looked" okay, as we tried to ignore the stains on the floor, the stains on the couch, but the pubes on the pillows, and the sticky tables that werent even wiped made us want to vomit. There was debri on the carpet, spots all over the bathroom vanity, and a running toilet. We did not stay and had our kids wash their hands before getting in the car. The front desk fal was sweet, but the cleanliness looked like my 5 year old tried to get away with a clean room, without actually cleaning.

this place was an awsome hotel for me and the family. did you know they have a complimentary dinner on week nights? I know how great and valuable is that. place is awsome.

Awesome! The staff were very personal and caring for anything we requested. The kitchen staff maintained a clean ship and ensured meals remained presentable and fresh. The rooms were kept impeccable and inviting, always checking that we had everything for comfort. The facility allowed us all to enjoy all amenities with the heart felt welcome the entire week. We shuttled to the airport and they went out of their way to accommodate our family and acquired a second vehicle to transport us all.

We had a good stay except for the room above us must have had a ton of kids because they were jumping and being so loud. We had to call front desk around 11 at night and they said they could move us but our kids were already asleep. Bit other than that the hotel was wonderful. We will stay again. The breakfast is wonderful as well.
