Best Western Plus Washington Hotel

The room I reserved was way bigger than I anticipated. It had two queen beds, a pullout sofa, a large walk in bathroom. Fridge, huge flat screen tv, microwave. All the works. Less than $300 for the night with two dogs. Breakfast in the mor ing was amazing!! A full hot breakfast, and other pptiona for the kiddos. Wouls definitely go back if given the opportunity.

Our room was clean, staff great. The breakfast was amazing. We even noted as we were staying with young grandchildren, that it was nice getting soft drinks, water, candy etc., that was reasonably priced.

This was perfect for a our after concert “slumber party”, we ordered pizza and the kids got to swim.

We were there 2 rooms for 2 nights for a funeral. unfortunately, we had made 2 reservations, so we had to move after the first night. We were traveling with a 10 month old baby. The person behind the desk made sure that our new room was ready before we had to leave the first room which made it much easier. Thank you! (sorry I forgot her name), Breakfast was good!!

Very friendly staff. Updated, clean rooms but I wish there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very good, hot breakfast. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to family and friends as well.

The staff was very helpful and excellent. The breakfast was really great for mid-priced hotel. The pool was nice (but note that there is no very shallow end, which is only an issue for say, 5 year olds, just learning to swim). The fitness room was nice, but one piece of equipment needed service. It would be great to add a couple of yoga mats. The only serious issue is the mustiness of rooms. This is I think a known problem having to do with the air conditioners (they cool, but do not dry the air appropriately and this is probably not an issue apart from summer). We moved room and the second room was much better, but still musty. I hope the property addresses this issue. It is a nice hotel and I would like to come back, but if it remains musty, I will probably stay in St. Louis county and drive out to see family.
