Best Western Kirkwood Inn

Staff was generally helpful and friendly. Lobby, common areas, and sleeping area of rooms were nice and recently refreshed. Bathroom looked worn and tired. Breakfast items were limited and underwhelming; when asking staff member about items being replenished with 45 minutes left to go, she said they wouldn't be putting anything more out. Nice stay for family of 4 with pre-teens.

The hotel was comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a little small and lacks counter space. We had a small balcony so the fresh air was nice. The pool was clean and kid-friendly. There was a slight odor in the hallway but our room was fine. The breakfast was good.

The stay was great, a lot of stores near by within walking distance. The only thing we were really bummed about and felt cheated out of money was the pool was open for Memorial Day weekend. I called previously before booking and they said it would be open that weekend and it was not. So we paid that money for no pool and the kids were bummed. I wish they refunded us something for it because it was false advertising and false confirmation.

This was an ok stay, I won't say to avoid it but it want a fantastic stay. The breakfast was just ok and the lady who was attending made our kids feel unwelcome. The room has a strange smell to it and we struggled a little with the AC.

Checking in with my family went great but when we got to our room and started to close the curtain there was bedbugs crawling down the curtains I had to pack my family up at midnight after 3 1/2 hour drive to find another hotel

Hotel was okay. We stayed here one night while we were in St Louis. Location was good, it was close to a lot of things. I booked here initially because of the location, hot breakfast, and pool. Come to find out the pool was an outdoor one so that was my bad for not being more thorough in my research. The elevators were small, so it was hard to get four people plus a baby in a stroller onto one. We were up on the top floor. Walls are a little thin. Apparently while we were there a sports team was also there, also on the same floor. Probably highschool age boys. They were a little loud. Rooms were okay. The pillows were the size of couch throw pillows so that was odd, and the bathroom was a little small. Breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage patty, and make your own pancakes for the hot items.

My wife and I check in around 6pm Friday February 10 and the firs room we get room 200 The bathroom was dirty. Hair and urine drops nex to the toilet, no vacuum a medicine pill on the carpet, the desk chair dirty with crumbs. We call the front desk and they try to clean the bathroom floor with a rag. But, not enough. They give us an option to switch to another room. Room 215 and the people next room to laud and we can not rest. I book through expidia and they call the front desk to explain our situation. Thanks to expidia. Expidia give a refund an by 9:30 pm We walk out this Hotel. Terrible experience and thank god not a family with a child walk into that room and child swallow the pill on the floor

Good central location. Perfect base for visiting friends and family in the entire metro area

This is our second stay and we continue to be pleased with our experience. Check-in is easy, staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and we loved the easy access to a bar and restaurant on the premises, It is close to everything we needed. We have family in Kirkwood and Webster Grove, and we will be back!

Staff was very friendly and interactive with my toddler. I will definitely be staying here again. You better get up early to get breakfast or just go across the street to Dunkin’ Donuts.
