I always expect holiday inn to be nicely updated but mattresses were springing n hard, rooms we very outdated, cocking in bathrooms was broken. They had warm cookies which kids loved in the evening, pool was nice, staff was friendly, all guests were also very nice

The room and bed were very comfortable. The noise level. We had kids running above us and couldn’t hear TV at times. I love the appearance when you walk in with wood staircase. Very attractive. I would stay there again. I’d probably see about staying on floor 3.

Have a nice staying afternoon 8 hours driving. Room is great and clean. Breakfast is at the nice and have things we needed. The swimming pool is open and have kids playing in it. We hadn’t use it. Instead we use the fitting room for half an hour. Facilities are some what old and make annoying sounds when used.

Although it took about 45 mins to get into our room because the machine would not take my debit card when we first arrived so I had to take the Money off of the card the worker was extremely helpful and apologetic. She even baked cookies for the kids because it was my daughters birthday . Breakfast was awesome and workers were nice

The room had an off smell upon entering, however after being in it for a few minutes, you dont smell it any longer. The breakfast was great, and had a nice variety. They even offer complimentary lemon water, lollipops, chocolates and a treasure chest of toys for the kids. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel.

The room was clean & comfortable. Bathroom could use a better exhaust fan. Bed was good, pillows were also good, each side of the bed has 1 each of a soft & firm which you don't see anywhere. Breakfast was a good variety. The table area was cramped, lots of larger families where there when the 2 of us came down. Overall good hotel & would stay again if in the area.

Staff service and breakfast variety and quality were phenomenal. Room was clean and nice but incredibly out of date. It looked like it hadn’t been updated in at least 15 years. It’s a minor thing as we were in town for a family gathering and not to spend much time in the hotel, but the picture quality on our tv was worse than SD. Not sure what the issue was, but it was terrible.
