Penny the lady at the front desk was the best!! Hotel was very clean and the beds where super comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had in our travels and the grandkids loved the pool. This place is at the top of our list!!!

I had reserved 4 nights, but due a death in the family, I had to cancel the last 2 nights. When I checked out, they wouldn’t refund my money.

Staff were very friendly, professional. The breakfast was hot and very good. The rooms were clean very very nice. Will definitely be our go to hotel when we travel to st louis. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

The room we booked wasn't available, so they gave us 2 rooms to accommodate our family! That was great. It ended up being a life saver. We had a very early flight and a baby that was up most of the night. The 2 rooms ment that everyone but me and the baby were able to sleep. And the breakfast was ready right at 6 with a nice variety. My only qualms are that the rooms were not connecting, and the front desk staff was not very friendly. The 2 galls at reception were sitting on their phones when I arrived to check in and talked so quickly to get me to go away that I wasn't even sure what all they had said. I listen to my audio books at 1.6x speed, fast dialouge isn't usully an issue for me.
