The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The people at the front desk were nice and prompt. The pool seem to be well kept. But there is a lot of drug addicts running around and they were very creepy made my family and I feel very uncomfortable. We felt like we either had to be away from the hotel or in our rooms other than that it was a pretty good experience.

Not the best stay we have had on a family vacation, beds and pillows where terribly uncomfortable, the windows could use black out blinds or something better so the sun dosent blind you first thing in the morning, the room was not super clean when we arrived hair in the shower prices of the celling where falling apart in the room, they did have very friendly service and breakfast was good, had to get new keys twice during our stay because they would stop working, if we stay in that area again we will be choosing a different hotel next time around.

Comfort Inn took great care of us. When we needed something they had it right away for us. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very scrumptious. Overly my family had a wonderful time.

Definitely not what I was hoping for given the price. Hotel was generally dirty from the lawn, to the breakfast bar, sticky floors anywhere there wasn't carpet in the common spaces. The room was also just not clean there was some kind of dried peanutbutter looking stuff on the alarm clock what appeared to be boogers on shower curtain. Very strong smell of Marijuana use at multiple times inside and outside the property, which whatever for everyone else but for this family it's not cool. They did not inform us upon check in that housekeeping was by request only so we got no house keeping the first day. When our 13 year old went to get towels the front desk was rude to him. The next day we requested housekeeping and they didn't come. The breakfast is best described like a passing period in middle school everyone going every way with no room to do it. I've included a picture from the breakfast bar, it was this way when we got there for breakfast while we ate and 30 minutes later when we came down to fill our water bottles on the way out. I was in room 310, and the air-conditioning woke me up all night every time it came on it sounded like your neighbor was mowing their lawn. The pillows and bed are subpar at best.

Our stay was pleasant. Hotel was easy to find and convenient to many parts of town. Though we chose a place with a pool, unfortunately we didn't have a chance to use it. The breakfast provided was just enough and nicely displayed, and though I didn't use the washer and dryer it was nice to have them available if needed. The room was clean, though could use a little updating. The best feature was the staff. All members were pleasant and very helpful. I would especially like to commend Sushi, who went out of her way to help us. Many of our family members were in Kansas City for a reunion, and when our site for a gathering fell through Sushi was kind enough to check and see if we could use the hotel's breakfast room one evening. All worked out really well and Sushi and the rest of the staff were most accommodating.

We had a great time and the staff was very helpful. When we didnt feel like driving to go eat, we just walked across the street to waffle house. The beds were very comfy and the room clean. I would recommend to family and friends.

Our king room was clean and relatively comfortable. Bed was very nice, good pillow selections. The side chair was hard and very uncomfortable, definitely not a place to relax (more like sitting on a bench). Bathroom was huge, but no place to hang towels and there were problems with the shower and sink. Pretty quiet given the large number of kids in the place. Breakfast was heavy on bread and cereal, but did have “hotel” scrambled eggs. Overall, it was fine for an overnight, but probably not someplace where you might spend more time in your room.

Staff was friendly and nice Rooms were clean. Did not seem to be alot of families. Alot of single men roaming around. My biggest complaint was that some guests were obviously smoking and smoking weed in their rooms. I complained the 2nd night when my 9 yo asked what that smell was. The desk attend offered to move us to the 3rd floor. Unfortunately that was our last night there and left a day sooner. Had already paid for that night but would rather have my children some where more appropriate. I will not stay again.

We first arrived on a Tuesday not super busy yetat the hotel. We checked in right at check in time. The room we got looked nothing like they advertised. We got a double Queen. Room looked cleaned no issues there. As the night went on our kids wanted to look outside to see the rollercoasters. Yes you are that close to the park, Very convenient. Anyhow, my 2 year old son found out our window was broken. Huge crack and a loose piece of glass. We grabbed him away immediately. We closed the curtain and laid down for bed. As the night went on the sounds from the broken window was awful. You are right next to the highway. So all those noise, police sirens going by three different times. Motorcycles reving up and huge trucks. As far as noise goes it was ridiculous. The next morning I went down and told them about the crack. The lady working the desk said " we are aware of the break. The employee didn't tell you about it when you were given that room?" I said ,"No". Why would that be ok??? I want a different room because we were staying another night and I needed rest because I had to drive 3.5 hours back home in the morning. They moved us a few rooms down. The room seemed fine when we went in. We tried the TV it would not connect to the internet. They came up and fixed that. Then we laid down for bed. Multiple times our room would shake. Not sure from what. We could not close our curtains. Even though we were on the 3rd floor I didn't like the fact we couldn't close that.
