Very helpful staff. Perfect meet up spot for our family and near shopping, restaurants, etc.

Great stay - loved the breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. We were not told to ask for clean towels each day, but when I called the front desk, they were very kind to bring fresh towels within a few minutes. We were 2 grandparents for 2 grandsons in the pool, but there were waaaay more kids than adults to supervise the other children both afternoons we were there. FYI!

I had reserved a double queen room, but even though we arrived less than an hour after booking, there was no double queen available. The hotel overbooked. They offered me a single king with a rollaway bed - no extra charge for the rollaway bed. 🙄 If I wanted to book two king rooms, the "best" they could offer was a 10% discount. NOT good enough. It was after midnight, my family was exhausted, and my girls were in tears. Awful experience.

Pool, good for families , breakfast and meal included

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. Our kids also enjoyed the pool.

We had a non smoking - VERY nice - Clean room with 2 dbl (Comfortable) beds. The building was kept nice. AC was COLD like we like it. With 2 women with menepause was definatly nice. We had a toilet seat with a crack. But didnt get it changed till we left. So, I wrapped it with toilet paper 2 prevent another pinch (Ha!). Customer Service was helpful & NICE. I almost stayed another night just for the bed. At the pool and hot tub parents with small children kept it busy so we didnt stay. So we went back to the room after dinner for a movie and snacks. The hotels food was finger foods like egg rolls n such. The hotel was close to a mall and great places to eat. We missed breakfast as we primped on our morning ritual. I'd definatly return to the hotel when I see my friend, Ann of 30 yrs. again. Wonderful Ladies day/night out!! Thanks Drury Inn!!

I liked that it was easy on and off the Interstate, close to shopping and restaurants. I didn't like that there was a lot of noise in the hallways at all hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep-midnight, 2am, etc. Loud children running, yelling, down hallway. There needs to be a period of time designated as "quiet time" for the benefit of all guests wanting to sleep.
