I slept like a baby on the bed that was in the hotel room , beautiful scenery, so quiet and peaceful I never heard anyone else while we were in our room .

This was such a comfortable and easy stay. Staff are all super nice and helpful and warm. My kids loved the amenities (theater, pool, saunas, the deck, sweets shop) and I enjoyed walking my dog out on the grass, just exploring the grounds. A lot of extras and fees but they make it worthwhile.

We stayed at this hotel about two years ago for an anniversary, and it was very nice and accommodating. However, since our last stay, this hotel has drastically changed. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a parking fee on top of the amount we were already charged for our stay. This would be understandable if we were in a larger city with limited parking. However, a very large portion of the parking lot was completely empty. Not to mention, we were already charged for “resort fees” in our booking. Then, once we pulled back our bedding at the end of the night, there was a used tissue tucked into the sheets. We were unsure if this was from hotel staff or a previous guest, but either way, you could understand our discomfort. Finally, we went to have breakfast the morning of our departure and it was almost $70 for 2 adults, 1 child, and mediocre at best. Our waitress also took a considerable amount of time between attending on us, and the breakfast area was practically empty. We feel extremely overcharged for an experience that did not reach half of our expectations from what we saw online and experienced previously, and could have been superseded in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and value at a much cheaper hotel.

Chase at the front desk was amazing! Lattes at sweet shoppe were perfection! Both of these people saved me from leaving a terrible review. The restaurant had selective hours and almost told us to go eat elsewhere 30 minutes before they closed. They also provide no room service but state it on the website that they do. Nothing was open past 9pm and the staff could not give us complimentary bottled waters even after 9pm. Rooms didn’t scream clean. They weren’t dirty but not hotel clean. Overall, for what we were paying I wish there hours of restaurants and bars and kid stuff were open longer because you don’t get back from shows until after 9pm so all the amenities are worthless if you dont have access to them.

We booked here for an elevated experience better than what holiday inn would provide. Instead we have found over priced food, uncomfortable duvets that make noise when you move around and "seasonal" amenities. The child's room inside is a huge reason we booked and it's closed. We paid $300 a night for dated rooms and still had to pay parking, too. Everyone has been decently polite but we will certainly stay at holiday inn or something equivalent next time instead.

Really enjoyed the location of the property. The view from the room was very nice. The breakfast buffet is fairly pricey. The staff in the dining facility need to listen and pay more attention during the ordering process. We ordered our three year old a kids pancakes and bacon plate. After 30 minutes we asked about the order. The order was never put in.

We’ve been going to the Chateau since it opened with our children and now their children. You truly feel at home. It’s the BEST of BRANSON!

Loved the gingerbread houses, the nativity scene, Santa hanging from the ceiling, the breakfast buffet was great. I was a big kid and went for the fruit loops. The rooms were clean. The beds were super comfy. We will be back again for sure.
