Best Western Branson Inn And Conference Center

We had trouble finding a location close to our family when we found the best western. Friendly staff greeted us and made us feel comfortable. Most of the guests were there to take advantage of the vicinity and ease of access to Silver Dollar City.

an older hotel, but the room was clean and in good condition. The WIFI was very good. The kids loved the pool and game room. It was very close to Silver Dollar City.

They were very understanding when we had a family emergency.

Our family stayed one night. We had adjoining rooms which worked out well. The lady at the front desk was super nice, quick to check us in, and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The rooms and hallway need updating, especially painting the walls. The bathroom was dirty and had a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod. The bed skirt had stains on it. The mini fridge in the room kept making a noise during the night.

We opted to try out the new family suite. It had two super comfy queen beds 2 chairs and a pull out couch for 2 additional sleeps if needed. The down side was the very small and cramped bathroom . the toilet and shower were in one room and the sink and closet in another. It also had a nice kitchenette type area with a coffee maker , sink and small fridge. The room itself was over 400 sq foot and had two balconys 2 massive sliders to let in plenty of light , The wall unit heater and ac was difficult to use , the remote did not work an the print on the unit itself was so small i had to get down on the floor to read it . The breakfast was nice with eggs and sausage, the waffle makers are gone. but they and a pancake maker on a conveyer belt . skip that one the cakes were only about half baked. But then weekday breakfasts are never really that great.

The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean. The kids loved the indoor pool. Super close to Silver Dollar City.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Brandons this one was the most updated and clean. The rooms were spacious. The pool and patio and hot tub were very large. Quiet enjoyable for myself, my daughter and grandchildren.

Very accommodating staff and great for families with kids! Could use some more breakfast options but overall a great stay

This was a great stay close to Silver Dollar City. I am normally a hotel “snob” but wanted to avoid the Branson strip since our weekend getaway centered around SDC. Motel was clean (old but updated). Beds were small but comfortable (Two double beds for two adults and two kids). Shower was great. Free breakfast was great. Slept great. Pool area needs rehab but was fine. Overall, for our needs perfectly. Would recommend and would stay here again. From KC.
