Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Corinth, an IHG Hotel

This hotel was very clean and went above and beyond to be accomodating. Though we didnt request it, they saw that our last name matched another reservation who were family members. They gave us an adjoining room. We were also very impressed by the customer service during our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a good selection for continental breakfast, and there were people working hard to keep it well-stocked and clean. After we checked put and headed home, we realized we'd forgotten a blanket. We turned around, but before we got there, they called us to tell us they had our blanket. If we are passing through the area again and need to stop, this will be the place! We were pleased and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

They changed my reserved room because someone would not leave their room. So after confirming the change my family drove down to Mississippi. I was given a key to an occupied room. When we came back to the desk to get the room we had reserved a week earlier they said there was a mistake and they did not have any available rooms for my family. It was 8:00 at night and my family of 5 did not have a room to stay in. Very very poorly run. Need to have my money refunded.

The carpet in our room (Suite w/ 2 Queen beds and a pull out sofa) was being replaced. The hotel staff called us prior to arrival to let us know about our room. and after reviewing their availability, worked with us to provide us adjoining rooms (since we have 3 children with us). Very accommodating to our needs!

The bed was pretty comfortable, staff was friendly, house keeping was kind when our infant had an accident on the covers, they were quick to get us fresh bedding.
