The pancake machine has not worked in a long time according to staff at hotel. My room on 3rd floor was hot but the Front Desk Lady moved me to 2nd Floor- Thank You! I called Corporate in Atlanta and asked that they assist in getting the pancake machine working )this is essential on children type summer stays).

I usually check the beds before we get in but we got in late so I just put my boys to bed and the next morning we found dried blood on the end of bed spread. Later that day I got in and there was a sock in the garbage. I asked who the sock in the garbage the kids said they did because the found it under the bed with a jar of peanut butter. We also found several popcorn seeds on the floor. But I will say the breakfast is always fulfilling and the lady that works in the kitchen is always sweet and helpful. The front desk people are always good to us.

The pictures on Expedia’s website we’re not accurate for the room we purchased. We had kids running outside our room late at night nonstop. We used the pull out sofa and it was filthy and stained and things flew when it opened up. I reached out to the front desk and they brought a rollaway, but it was a smaller size and not able to fit everyone. The pool water was completely cloudy. I spoke to Expedia about canceling the following night and they said we were a little too late to cancel.

Came to spend time with family - everyone was friendly and easy check in and check out - room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast was super - my husband's favorite, myself I'm a bacon- toast person but was hot and plentiful.

Friendly staff, quiet for sleep on a Friday night. Could have been in a secluded cabin it was so quiet. Clean. Everything functional in room. Mild negative-breakfast unapologetically without cereal, and staff more interested in her visiting friends than guests (impression). Couldn't get OJ or bacon or apple juice or cereal (bacon after 20 minutes). If you are a runner, no good place generally, but parking lot of Walmart close. But boring (of course). I Will Stay Here Next Time I Am In Cleveland. But the kids do want their breakfast. Might need to go out for that. 🙂
