Comfort Suites and Conference Center

When traveling with children we always try to find a hotel with a pool. It is one of the criteria we use when choosing a hotel. When using the hotels.com app you often get a "no cancelation" especially when your booking for that night. When we got to the hotel there was a big sign that read, "Pool closed for maintenance". I understand pools need to be maintained, but when you can't cancel the room and try to find another hotel it's very disappointing for kids that have ridden for 12+ hours with the promise of a pool at the end of the drive. And if the pool is closed, offer some money back or some other perk to make the situation a little better.

The hot tub was out of commission while we visited. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was awesome! The kids loved the pool. The small drink shop was convenient.

Good fit for our family of 5 for an overnight stay. Beds were comfortable, pull out sofa needs an upgrade, it groaned and squeaked with our littlest on it, made it a bit hard to sleep. Also, walls are thin so you can hear teens running up and down stairs. But for one night it was perfect for us.

The last stop on the way home of a family road trip - this was the BEST hotel we stayed in (and not the most expensive). It's been a while since we stayed at this brand, and we're so glad we did! The most friendly staff - they actually smiled at customers! Very clean, very comfortable, lots of space in rooms. A win for us.

Helpful and friendly staff. Clean facility. At the time the hot tub was undergoing maintenance and was not available. The kids were able to enjoy the indoor pool and the hours of pool operation were accommodating for travelers arriving in the evening since it was open until 11:00 pm. Nice breakfast with both hot breakfast items, cold cereal, yogurt, muffins, danish, fresh fruit, and more.

I was exhausted traveling with kids at the end of our roadtrip. Staff was excellent, got us in the perfect room. Just what a tired family needed. Perfect stop
