My grand daughter said this was five star! So five star it is. I thought the rooms were spacious and clean and the young desk clerk opened the pool for the kids for twenty minute even though he’d already closed it!

Great place! A quick stay on our family road trip - we got in late and the staff was very friendly. Place was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, pool and hot tub were great. As we left the staff said “have a great day, God Bless”! Highly recommend!

We have stayed at this super 8 many times over several years. Until the past couple years the hotel isn’t well staffed or taken care of. Pool has been closed over 6 months Breakfast could be better Cereal was stale. It’s a shame. When we travel with the grandchildren, a pool is a must!! Staff/ owner must do better!

Stay was decent, pool was closed, owners kid ran up and down the halls all night. Stayed here in 2017 and it was excellent then service has declined

We rented a hotel room that was suppose to have 2 queen beds and a pullout couch. It was my wife and 5 kids that stayed. Well no pull out couch. My wife had to sleep with 2 kids in a queen bed. The staff even thought it had a sleeper sofa which it didn’t. Then the kids wanted to swim. Well the new owner doesn’t have a license for the pool so no swimming. Well what do you do in St.James with 5 kids? Nothing. Awful stay. Would not recommend this hotel.
