Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was a stressful trip for our family but the hotel and staff were very kind and responsive to our needs.

The property is beautiful and the location is excellent. The staff is young. I was given 15 minutes to move all of our stuff to a new room when we extended our stay - ridiculous. LOTS of issues when reserving my room by calling direct (the majority was thru Expedia but I had to add a day.) They charged a reserve on my card without my knowledge. I think its mostly new hotel issues/new staff. Fire alarm inspection in the middle of the day with a baby in our room. Stuff like that. Otherwise I would definitely stay again.
