Friendly service, very accommodating, great pool and hot tub area. We had a lot of rain which impacted our activities but we were still able to celebrate with family in the big common areas. Comfortable beds. Surprisingly great.

Cleanliness- Blonde curly hair on nightstand, pillows and spare pillow on check in. Room condition - Blow dryer did not work, tried resetting outlet, didn't work, tried to call front desk only to find our phone didn't work either. Had to drive to other building where front desk is located, with wet hair, to report issues. Property - signs say no children in pool area from 10 p.m. till midnight, and no glass in pool area. Staff does not uphold the property rules. 10:30 at night, children are screaming and jumping into pool, hot tub was completely full of people and MANY glass bottles of booze. This is not a property I will recommend.

Hotel was paid for by us but when our family got there they wanted them to pay again. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with hotel to get it straightened out.

This hotel was fine… very quiet, staff was friendly and helpful, nothing fancy but we weren’t planning on hanging around in the hotel as we were in town for a family wedding. Location was perfect… just down the road from wedding reception. Breakfast was meh…Would have been helpful to know there was no elevator. No reflection on the staff… they were great.
