Front desk staff were friendly and attempted to be helpful but morning staff was clearly new to his job and it would have been helpful if he had backup. Hot tub was turned off by a kid and couldn’t be restarted for a long time. Sauna didn’t get very hot.

The rooms are too small for a family of 4. We were tripping over ourselves. The health club is nice especially the pool.
