Hampton Inn Mt. Pleasant

We gathered as an extended family at the hotel. The staff was helpful and polite at all times. They worked hard to keep the hotel clean and neat.

We have stayed at this hotel while visiting our grandchildren 3 years in a row. The staff is very friendly & accomdating & we enjoy our entire stay there.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had good selections. Clean and convenient location for our family visit to Mount Pleasant.

I arrived to this property at 2:15p for a 3 pm check in. Initially I was told that while I was a little early for check in, housekeeping would be alerted to clean my room next so that I could settle into my room within 30min. 8months pregnant and 2 children, sat in the lobby for 2 hours, watching others check in. We asked staff several times what was going on with our room. Only to be told “it’s not ready yet” Staff made ZERO effort to update us or even adequately explain why we were waiting so long. I would never come back here again. Service was horrible and the room that took “2 hrs to clean” was dirty when we finally got in there. Too exhausted from travel and having to be to the event that brought us to this area in the first place within 20min of us finally getting the room. We had no time or energy to complain any further. We have stayed at other Hampton Inns and had better experiences. Train or hire better staff!!!

I will recommend this property to my family and friends.

Conveniently located to Soaring Eagle for concert. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I did not like that children were running up and down the halls - not the staff's fault, and that jerks left their trash in the parking lot.
