At midnight, they “double booked” our room to another family. When the family couldn’t get in the room, they brought the manager or night worker upstairs to unlock the room. When the manager open the door with his key, the chain lock blocked his entry. We thought someone was breaking into our room. We had to jump out of bed to shut the door and ask them what they were doing. The manager apologized but we couldn’t sleep afterwards. We asked for a refund in the morning but they refused.

Stayed for one night on a family trip. We have not noticed any issues except for extremely limited breakfast options (even compared to typical low-budget motels). There are a few breakfast-offering restaurants around though.
