Comfort Suites

The walls were super thin, so the first night we stayed, we could hear other people until 3am. They were banging around and yelling and just being very inconsiderate of others. We also got a room with a jacuzzi since it was my birthday and our first weekend out of state without the kids. Whatever was used to clean it (I’m assuming) made my husband and I both very itchy both of the times that we attempted to use it, so I was a little disappointed about that as we had booked this hotel solely on wanting the jacuzzi room. Other than that, the staff was all VERY friendly, I’ve never seen a cleaner hotel (and I’ve worked at a few) and even though we didn’t get the opportunity to use the pool area, we wandered down and saw how wonderful it all looked. Overall, I had a pretty decent stay.

We had a Family Suite with two king beds and a double sofa bed. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Check-in and out was a breeze. Having the restaurant on site was also a nice thing so we didn't have to travel out for dinner upon arrival. If I could change anything, it would be to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the pump dispensers in the shower. When you have a family of 5 the little sample bottles don't go as far. We do pack our own extra along and that's a wish, not a complaint as this property is great!

I have been to a lot of hotels, and this was one of the nicest for a great price! Check-in was easy, hotel was clean, the bathroom and counter were huge, great water pressure, pool was clean and everything was in working order. My kids loved the continental breakfast, especially making their own chocolate waffles. I'd highly recommend!

Finally a place that provides ample time to use their amenities. Breakfast was open until 10 AM. Lots of ladies hustling to keep food areas refilled. And even after 10, they let the last few guests finish and not feel hurried. We really appreciate this. When we go in somewhere with a big family and you have to check out And pack up and clean up, often there’s no time to make the tiny windows that other hotels give you for the complementary breakfast. This hotel was very gracious about letting everyone have a nice breakfast. The same goes for the pool and the hot tub. Kids could use the facilities till 10 and then adults could go in as late as midnight and the gym is open 24 hours. Other hotels often have tiny windows for these amenities as well. So we appreciated these extended times. Also excellent beds and bedding which we always appreciate.
