Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

Nice, short stay hotel with nice included breakfast. Value and family friendly.

All the staff were so polite, helpful and cheerful. The place was very clean. My kids LOVE the pool.

This was our second stay at this location. Very convenient for us when visiting family and friends. Just a note so you know, we were in room 219 and came across the following problems, room security lock was broken, ( it was fixed the next day, thank you) the refrigerator is not functioning properly, did not keep pop or leftovers cold even though it was so on coldest, T.V wouldn’t turn off, we had to move furniture to un plug it, turned out to be a problem with the remote, not a huge issue, no kitchen supplies ( forks, knives plates. No way to use the stove. No pans or dishes

My stay was great ‘ we were flying out the next day so instead of staying with family our last night in Flint we chose to stay at Best Western in which this hotel is the one we frequently visit when coming to visit family it’s clean ‘ the staff are nice and it’s reasonably priced the bed is comfortable I’ve had better mattress but overall hands down the best pick for stay in Flint,Mich.

Unruly kids and teens, running up and down the hallway, yelling. Front desk attendant said she told them to stop. I was worried that they were going to do that, late into the night, as we were going to get up at 4:45am, for an early flight. Seemed to stop by 8:30 pm. The room furniture was a little beat up.

Had two rooms for my family and I to spend New Year’s Eve at. The main reason we booked the rooms was for the pool. The pool water was ice cold. No fun at all. And was not allowed a refund.

The only problem which to some its not a big thing...when I checked I asked if the pool was open they stated yes..it was but the pool was ice cold & hot tube was not available...it's no way the grandchildren and I could tolerate the ice cold pool & we where really looking forward to spending the weekend at the hotel with at least a semi warm pool...everything else was excellent

I loved everything about this hotel. One of our family's favorites. ❤️ the breakfast is amazing and it is very clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful and theg were very nice.

We stayed here because of the pool and family from out of town was coming in. We had 4 rooms reserved and when they called day before to confirm I asked about the pool again then and was told it was up and running. When we checked in the next day they told us it was closed and down for the night!!? They did open it up for us then the next morning we was told it was closed on Sundays?? We only stayed to let the cousin swim together. They said it is closed every Sunday but no sign up or never mentioned to us at check in when they knew the pool was the only reason we were there. That being said the hot breakfast in the morning was great and the worker kept up on it all morning with it being busy

Property was okay. Pool was closed the whole weekend which was very disappointing. We booked a suite for our family of four. Pull out couch was dirty and we were denied pillows when we asked for them for the kids. Pillows were very poor quality and one was not adequate per person. Breakfast was okay but not kept well stocked.
