The hotel was wonderful, the air in the pool area however bothered my breathing and made me keep coughing, but my kiddos had an absolute blast swimming!!!

All of the staff we encountered on our 3 night stay were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful! Loved the pool area for the kids and though warm water was coming out of the jets, the pool was still a little chilly but we had fun none the less!

Very nice suite. adequate amount of space for a family of 6. breakfast was very nice and a great space. pool was fantastic the kids had so much fun. the site says no hot tub but there was one and it was very hot! haha. the window screen was only hanging by the top though which i did not like but that was the only thing.

The kids loved the pool/water slide. The breakfast bar was good. Had a kitchen that opened up to the breakfast bar so the ladies could see when something was running low or out. They would replenish immediately.

Very attentive and kind staff members, the pool was perfect for our young kids, and overall a great stay. We would book there again!

Sufficient for our needs. Opportunities: Nobody present at the front desk right away, took several minutes until she appeared and was short and rushed in her interaction. Awful smell of a tanning booth when you walk in the lobby-nauseating. A tanning business appears to be adjacent to and gave the appearance it may be run by the hotel too. Not the best scent to welcome hotel guests to. Rooms were in okay shape, bottom half of bathroom door in our room - wood peeling and needs maintenance attention. Screen ripped open in the window so we could not open it for fresh air because the nats were so bad. Beds are at their end of life, not comfortable at all like my firm bed at home but again sufficient for our needs for a short stay. I would not like it for multiple nights. No pillows for the pull out sofa. Extras are on the other beds. No problem but the pillows are tiny. You will need 2. Front desk said they had no extra pillows. Pool was fun for the kids, however is appears to be lacking maintenance attention. The hot tub was inoperative and there appeared to be several light bulbs out in the pool itself and pool area. Breakfast was about as expected. An assortment of options, but no whole fruit available (apples/bananas) which seemed strange. All in all - minor opportunities for improvement. We would return in the future.
