Here for overnight stay between family events. Comfortable, clean room and beds with a delicious breakfast.

Very nice customer service. They have a voupke outdoor seating areas with gazebos and bbq grills. A small swing set for the kiddos. Comfy beds! Pillows could use some upgrading. Also could use some paint in the rooms. Really quiet and cozy.

The room we were placed in had no manual deadbolt on one of the external doors and the room was pretty outdated and the a/c seemed to be barely working. Also, we could hear quite a bit of noise of people coming and going and we were concerned about our child being woken up at night. We ended up finding nicer accommodations elsewhere and did not complete our stay. Great pricing, but I'd rather pay more to have a more comfortable stay.

We stay here frequently for family but when we came in, there was blood stains and unknown substances on the bedding. When we called for clean linen, we were told there’s no housekeeping and we’re staying in a holiday and should expect uncleanliness!! He continued to say we should have called within the same hour of checking in, even though we didn’t use the bed until we needed it!! He did end up bringing us clean sheets but the attitude was palpable and this room was not clean and smells like cigarettes!!!!

The front desk associate was very professional towards me even though I had JUST witnessed the customer before me be very abusive towards her. I would have given 5 stars but my AC unit was terrible. The room stayed pretty warm and humid the entire trip. I did not mention it to staff because I didn’t want to deal with changing rooms after driving 12 hours and then unpacking/settling in. Cleaner than I expected and there were nice gazebo outside areas to sit along with a huge grassy area for kids or pets.
