A charming old-fashioned family-owned waterfront motel that has been updated for modern comfort. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, sparkling bathrooms. 10 minute drive to the bustling town of Falmouth.

Visiting family for a long weekend. Location was fine and the grounds were nice. Room was comfortable. When you check in you need to make sure you have everything and room is ok because the warning limited housekeeping is accurate. Office was closed more than it was open during stay but fortunately we did not need anything. Would stay again, knowing now what to expect.

Very clean. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and were welcome to stay by the pool and beach area where we unwound and relaxed until our room was available. Definitely coming back to this beautiful,quiet, family friendly resort.

We had to cancel due to a sick baby, (we had to cancel the rest of our trip too) and it was too late to ge the refund, but the lady was so understanding and so kind, she really helped us out!!! Their service over the phone was incredible and so easy to get in touch with. We will definitely be staying here when we rebook our trip!! 5 out of 5 for their impeccable service!!!

Great no-frills family run and friendly hotel, close to everything but quietly off the main road. No daily housekeeping unless you ask for something. Wifi is strong but went off every night! Front desk closes at 9pm. Cable tv limited. Nice view of water and swimming pools, trees and birds.

I only stayed for one night for a wedding, but I had a great experience. The staff was really really nice. The room was clean and spacious. I arrived in town early and I called to see if my room was ready, the room was in the process of getting cleaned, but they called me right back when it was ready. It is a family owned hotel and you can tell they have pride in their hotel. It was in a great location. I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were looking for a nice place to stay on the Cape, and we wanted it to be near the ferries so we could make a day trip to the vineyard. We found Green Harbor through Expedia. It seemed appealing from first glance. It overlooks an inlet of water; it has a kiddie pool and a standard pool (both outdoors) and the grounds were nicely maintained. The room was quaint with its nautical touches, and it was clean and fresh/not old. Lots of brochures in the lobby with places to go/see mostly on the Cape, but also on the vineyard. The place is family run so be sure to arrive before 9pm, but if you can't get there before then, please call. The unexpected treat of this place of lodging was Milton. He seemed to be the man in charge, and he was very welcoming and funny. He was the icing on the cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and won't hesitate to make reservations there again.

Clean with a beautiful balcony porch overlooking waterway with beach & pool. Very friendly family owned business. First time we've ever been there and they offered to leave the key in "under the mat" if we would be arriving late. That's our kind of folks! Don't look for a bar or restaurant on premises but there's a frig & micro in the room and grills outside to use. Restaurants are nearby. There are washer & dryers on the premises if you are going to stay awhile.
