If u come here for their amenities don’t we were told to get out of the pool without a reason thirty mins before it closed even though there was six of us in the area when we asked front desk they didn’t know why and told us the engineer can do whatever he wants and we booked for the pool and didn’t try to make it right … We waited for all the kids to leave to enjoy it then get told to leave this place is a joke

I booked this through Expedia and when I checked in the front desk clerk confirm that but yet Hilton billed me double for this room, so Expedia billed me and so did Hilton and now the Hilton is telling me it’s gonna take seven days before I get a credit on my credit card The overall facilities were fine. Unfortunately the elevators were all broken, which I find hard to believe but they had a large group of kids staying there so more than one elevator was out of service, and I had to drag my three bags up for flights of stairs. it’s not a big deal, but when I called downstairs to ask for an additional blanket, they wanted me to come back down and get it myself, thank you anyway for your service

Hotel is great, check in is great…. It’s always the house keeping here that is a problem. Very scandalous people! I’ve seen them with their children present while they clean rooms. Free baby sitting ?? Also every room, every trip I’ve stated here has three tissues being wasted in the dispenser because they choose to wad them up and put them on top to look like sone sort of El Salvadoran rose. Nobody will use these after they’ve put their hands all over them!! Stop wasting tissues! Makes the prices go up. Very environmentally unfriendly
