The place was exactly what I was looking for...the only issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Seemed to have very little cushion. reminded me of the twin bed I had when I was a kid.

My one night stay in this property was wonderful my family loved it. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are very professional and very helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Excellent staff and facilities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager , Edmund was really helpful to my family-he went above and beyond to assist us. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel-will definitely stay there again!

My review has some very favorable points among those are the staff and service the room was clean.and breakfast was excellent. However I wish to point out the bed and vanity were very high for kids and adults less than 5’2”. What was the most annoying was the fact pets dogs that were on the same floor barking in the early morning and late at night. It rain several days and we shared more than one elevator ride were the dogs would shake the rain off them while getting us and the walls of the elevator soaked. And on one occasion as we exited the main doors of hotel there was a dog defecating right there on the sidewalk Your rules for pets need to be seriously reviewed or enforced better and therefore we are seriously considering not patronizing your hotel in future

It's always clean and has friendly staff. Breakfast is always good. Convenient location when i visit family in town. Have stated many times and will keep coming back. I recommend to other family and friends.

The stay at the hotel was pleasing to me and my family. We had 5 day stay. When we checked in I requested for two adjacent rooms which could not be made available and that caused a little discomfort to us as I was travelling with my old mother. The breakfast menu was good. The hotel should provide complementary water bottles in the room as we had to buy them from out side.

Overall the property was in great shape and clean. The only area that lacked cleanliness was the pool area. The deck was pretty dirty, especially in the corners where the tables were set up. But that was the only real issue we saw. Otherwise it was very clean. The service we received was excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast service started at 7am on Sunday which was a little late relative to other places we've stayed (usually 6am). Because of this the line was extremely long to get food at 7am and with us needing to be at a lacrosse tournament by 7:30, it left us rushing to get our kids food. However, this isn't necessarily a negative comment about the hotel...they can't know everyone's schedules. It was just later than we've experienced at other places.

I reserved a room with two beds since it was going to be 3 adults. I made the reservation many weeks before our trip. When we arrived and checked in they gave us a room with one bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable, they did promise that we would have a room with two beds the next night, which they did, but when we came back after our day in DC our key cards wouldnt work in the door so I had to make another trip down to the front counter. Normally I wouldnt think it was such a big deal but this hotel was extremely busy with tons of kids filling the lobby and very difficult to get to the front counter since they were buying pop and candy and only one front desk person working. There were also several buses of adults tourists using this hotel so it was pretty much impossible to access the free breakfast, we went elsewhere for that. I do have to say the rooms were extremely clean and quiet, the front desk workers were also very friendly.
