Finding a room that’s affordable as well as safe and clean for my family of 6 is no easy task but our stay was exceptional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious both morning and the lady preparing it both days was extremely kind making sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean as well as the entire property. Should we need a room in Shreveport again we will definitely book our stay here.

We were heading back to Utah after a family trip to the gulf coast and decided to try a different hotel. We were So glad that we did! We throughly enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back in the spring and plan to stay with you all again. ❤️

The hotel is clean, nice and updated. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was a nice suite with 2 bedrooms. Clean but there was a stale kind of smell when we came in. The showers didn’t get very hot. The beds weren’t very comfortable and felt like cheap mattresses!! And no fault of the hotels but there were some people staying above us that were so loud and banging and slamming stuff all night. Sounded like they had baby rhinos in the room. I might consider staying there again. Did so for an early flight out of Shreveport airport.

Nice place for the family. Pet friendly. Helpful staff and decent amenities. It was clean and we had a good stay.

When we returned to our suite, a cockroach crawled through one of the bathrooms. I had to call the front desk to inquire about some bug spray. I received a can of Raid and sprayed the exterior and interior of the suite. The elevator floors were dirty. Also, I received a knock on the door just minutes after my family left for a maintenance order. I did not answer the door and found it strange that I would receive such an attempt when I did not place a maintenance call with the front desk.

We loved the three rooms for our family each with its own tv. The two bathrooms were clean and nice. We loved having two with our family. The kitchen came in handy, we prepared a whole meal for the family and it was nice not to eat out. The outdoor pool in the middle was fun and friendly. The smoking around the pool was not inviting for our children.

The best customer service we've ever had. We arrived at 3pm and they were a little behind on getting rooms ready, and they were super busy. We took the kids to the pool to wait and hang out. When the room wasn't ready 45 min later, they upgraded us for free from a Studio King, to a Suite! It had 3 beds and a living room. On top of that, they gave us complimentary drinks and snacks for the kiddos. We were so appreciative of them, and really wish we'd gotten the names of the woman and man that helped us out. The entire staff there was kind and friendly, they talked to the kids and always offered to help carry and open doors.

We had an excellent time at the hotel, which was more like a very comfortable apartment. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They offered fun places to take our grandkids and restaurants that we would enjoy. The only sad part was that the pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Thank you.
