First time at this hotel chain. So surprised at the roominess of our King suite. Very comfortable mattress, wish I had at home. Dog friendly, got us as close to elevator making it easier to take her out. Breakfast good and hot. Great coffee. Will stay there again as we have family in LC.

We stayed for my sons birthday trip When I first walked in I was very impressed with the foyer The room we stayed in was a double, felt a bit cramped The walls need to be either repainted or updated, they didn’t look bright and clean And I also found a baby roach on the bathroom sink the day we were checking out And I thought the complimentary breakfast could’ve had a little more variety

It was a very bad experience the rooms was dirty full of dog hair in the bed. So i asked to switch rooms my kids were asleep so the manager was asked could we switch the room in the morning.he agreed that was ok when we arrived at the room someone was already in there.so we had to wait for them to clean a room for us.this was a horrible stay area was nice that was only good thing bout this trip ive had that type of experience ever

There were kids in the room above us jumping and running around we called the front desk and it went on till midnight. Not much sleep before our long drive.

This was a leisure trip with family. This hotel is always neat and clean. Never disappointed with my stay here. Friendly staff the shuttle driver is very nice and an asset to the trip( having shuttle service to the casinos is a plus).

Presidential suite has two televisions, two sinks in restroom, spa tub, comfortable bed. The dining area is large and seemed to have plenty of empty space that seem wasted, but for some families would be perfect. Had frig, microwave, coffee maker, counter in kitchen space. If you wanted to have a meeting in dining area, should offer more chairs or sofa. Free shuttle service offered to casino area which was perfect between 5 pm to 3 pm

Super quiet even though there were kids there. Breakfast was great!

There were tears in the curtains to the windows. The hair dryer was damaged (internal metal was exposed) and we did not want to touch it out of ear of being electrocuted. The sink would not provide consistent hot water There was paint EVERYWHERE (on the windows, on the shower curtain - that we initially thought was BLOOD!) The inside of the restroom door was filthy. The shower head looks like it hasn't been maintained properly (water spraying everywhere due to calcification) I'd expect this in a Motel 6 on a random highway. This was a King Suite in the casino area. If we weren't so busy with family events, I would have asked for a new room. It was my fiancée's first-ever experience in my home town, and her first impressions were this room. I wanted to spoil her with a nice hotel, and I got the opposite.

We had a family of 4 no water even for going toilet. No shower for toilet this was not good.

I booked this room for my son and his family during Thanksgiving. When they arrived the room was Not clean an all the bedding was not clean. Television didn't work sheetrock repairs that were unfinished. For the price payed the room was very poor. We will Never consider this hotel again.
