Disappointed with my stay in this hotel. Thank God it was just one night. They had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows , even my kids suggested that we just sleep in the car. AC was noisy in the room . My The pool was dirty. The all - cold breakfast offerings was very minimal. I love that they have Coffee and hot chocolate available at the lobby 24 hours. Staff are not friendly and welcoming.

Came into town for a family funeral with my husband. Booked the room online for a double queen but when we arrived they said there were none available and it had booked in error. They apologized appropriately and put us in a nice king on an upper floor away from the elevator as requested. The next morning a large baseball group must have wiped out the breakfast because it was a hot mess and there wasn't anything left for us. Also only one of the two elevators were working. Thankfully we were okay with using the stairs. All in all we would stay there again because it was comfortable, convenient and the front desk service handled the situation as best as they could.

I was charged pet fee for service animal even after showing my military id . Then my room was next to a woman with a small baby and the baby cried all night and morning and my dog barked. She is trained to tend to someone in distress. I was sent a nasty email stating that the sheriff and animal control were called and would be removing my animal at my expense. I have never been treated so poorly. Fortunately I was able to get the pet fee removed the next morning after showing my service connected disability id , I believe it is illegal to ask for paperwork on my animal. However I did show the front desk that I am in fact a veteran with PTSD and they were in the wrong to charge for my animal.

All the employees were very nice and helpful. One of the employees babysat my dog while I got items off the breakfast bar. Also, the breakfast bar was very good. Bedding was super comfy. Loved the pillows, will have to find some for my bed.

My family arrived at 3pm to check in and the front desk told me the cleaning staff was just finishing up cleaning the room. They said wait about 5 minutes which did. When we got to the room the sheets had been removed and that was as far as the cleaning had gotten. The front desk was notified and they tried to find us another room but with 4 adults there was not another room available. Destiny was the front desk person and she was very friendly and tried hard to help. We wound up waiting an hour in the lobby for the room to get cleaned.
