We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family of five plus grandma, making us a total of six. The hotel was clean, and the beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The highlight for our kids was the bunk room, which they absolutely loved. It was a special treat that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience for our entire family, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had to leave another property that was a bad fit for our family. Booking at the last minute, the staff let us on a little early. My son (10) was antsy from a long road trip and needed to be active. He came back saying he was now friends with the lady at the front desk. A bad experience was smoothed out thanks to a friendly, hospitable staff.

Hotel was old and rusty throughout the bathrooms. Dirt and dust everywhere. They tried to charge me a smoking fee when no one in my family smoked in the hotel.

I would like to say Lynn the desk clerk was outstanding. I had a problem when I booked thru hotels.com with the wrong date and she went above and beyond to help me. I was miles from home and alone with my baby. And since I had put the wrong date of stay in, hotels.com gave me a bunch of trouble trying to get it changed. And she helped me with them and getting everything straightened out. I can't say thank you enough to her for all she did!!!
