Comfort Suites

If you are handicapped be advised that they have totally blocked off one of the spaces that is designated with handicapped painted area & sign with building materials. Two of the five spots are designated for their top Choice Member's parking. These spots are where the hotels staff parks. The bed was comfortable & the shower was really easy to get in & out. When checking-in, the front desk had a sign that said the clerk had stepped away & would be back in 15 mins. I could hear the clerk in the back office playing with a baby & just ignored me until I made enough noise to get her attention. The sign about being away from the desk stayed up well pass midnight & all 3 nights I stayed. After I had to park 4 rows from the hotel, it took me several trips and breaks to move my belongins to the room. I spoke with the desk clerk about the handicapped spot being blocked, she just continued to make excuses! Cleanliness was just ok. They seem to lack the "attention to details"! If all of this is important to you, stay at somewhere else!

Just got a hotel for a night while a family member is in the hospital. The hotel was very clean upon entering and the front desk attendant was nice. My only comment about the hotel is one of the elevators smelled like mildew. My room was mostly clean and comfortable. It smelled nice. Only room comment was that there was a used bar of soap in my shower that was missed during prior cleanup. Breakfast was also good.

Started out nice for one night. The next day gave them our towels and requested another set for 3. Housekeeping said I will text the front and tell them to send some up ASAP as I have no more on my cart. Hours later no towels and to the front desk where she said sorry I know nothing about it. Here is 3 hand washcloths. I will run you up 3 big towels ASAP. Showered with small hand towels. Left and said I’ll be back to get my big towels. She said oops I forgot. Came back hours later. Person said oops they didn’t get dried but I am going to a room and pull them out of there and bring them to you ASAP! Also a gentleman had no pillows in room and she could only find one for him after 20 minutes. Waited into the night with other family showering with washcloths. No towels came! Checking out and husband goes to get towels for last shower and they said we have none can go get pool towels if available. That was final straw. When we left I said how pathetic this started out great and ended with her being so rude and stated sorry other things came up. So as the customer with my issue was deemed not as important. 2 days showering and dying off with 3 hand towels and 3 washcloths. To me inacceptable.

This hotel is new and very clean. The rooms are large, the extra couch/ pull out in addition to 2 queens is very helpful for a family. The beds were super comfortable. We stay in Paducah often on the way to TN and this will be where we book from now on.

Rooms and beds are very nice. Noise level is the worst I have experienced in a while. Sounded like kids running around upstairs past midnight Then loud conversations outside till 2 am. Also disappointed in the $3.99 extra charge for energy given the room set point was 65 when we arrived. If energy cost is too high do not keep rooms at 65 when it is 95 outside. Tried to run HVAC fan toask all the noise but it kicks off regularly even when set to high run rather than auto

Very nice and clean. Room was great with plenty of room for the family.

Very clean property. Honey at the front desk was very inviting and welcoming. We had children and was disappointed the pool wasnt yet open.
