Check in was easy, staff was great, room was very nice and breakfast was extra good. The only thing you need to be careful of is the hot water is extremely hot, so be careful. Every time we go back to see family in IL we stop at Auburn Place. Great place to stay.

Excellent location, near other restaurants, excellent breakfast with hot/cold choices, great coffee, staff all super nice and accommodating, FYI: Frig in room seems like it is not working, but needs to have food/drinks in there before it really starts to cool. Works just fine. Room 214 has a direct view of pool, which if you have kids, could be super cool. Our room had 2 queen sized beds, plus a pull out couch (full size). For the price, this is a great choice.

Hotel was conveniently located in a great area. Pool was warm, there were snacks in the lobby upon arrival, and breakfast was great. Traveled with children and it was wonderful!

My family and I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last several years and this location remains of the most consistent hotels that we have experienced. The team members are outgoing, pleasant, and accommodating. The facility is always clean and comfortable.

I made a reservation through Expedia to this hotel and got a confirmation and my credit card got charged. This hotel overbooks and then when you show up that night they tell you they won’t honor the reservation and don’t even apologize. That means you then have to make another reservation somewhere else and drive there while your family is really tired and ready for bed! Avoid this hotel like you would if it had bedbugs!

Everything was great, hot breakfast was delicious, check-in & out smooth, room had lots of conveniences & very clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Only suggestion would be to equip kitchenettes w/ Keurig-type coffee pots. Thanks for making our stay very comfortable. Would definite recommend you to family & friends!

Would not stay there again! Carpets were dirty, the place smelled like smoking, the wall were paper thin. It was not in a safe place. What’s with all the people and DOGS!! Can’t stay anywhere with out filthy dog hair and their owners feeling like they are a child an can go anywhere.
